Outdoor Yoga

Yoga is a 60 minute class using breathe to link movement. The style of class will vary with instructor and time of day. Yoga allows you to challenge yourself physically, mentally & spiritually through a series of poses and flows. Apart from the spiritual goals the physical postures of yoga are used to alleviate health problems, reduce stress and make the spine supple in contemporary times. Infused Fitness allows you to experience pure Yoga outdoors with the amazing backdrop of nature. Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and a light sweater.
