Jessica Betts has been enjoying edurance sports and running for the last 12 years.  She whole-heartedly supports the mission of Infused Fitness, to bring resources for healhty lifestyle choices into all of our communities.  For Jessica, running is a mind, body and spirit process.  It is invigorating physically, giving energy when you're tired and need rejuvination. Running provides your mind with focus, and releases natura endorphins to revitalize your spirit.  It also allows you to connect the outdoors, to explore new places and to see thing from an entirely new prespective.
