Class Descriptions

Join us for Friday Yoga at high noon to get some focus of your own and blow through the rest of your work day—just in time for the weekend!

We'll start with breath awareness and gentle warm up followed by some easy strengthening poses to counter the effects of desk sitting. We'll end with a juicy series of stretches to leave you feeling relaxed, focused and whole. All you need is a mat and donation of any dollar amount for Infused Fitness, a non profit with a mission to transform communities through health and happiness. By helping yourself you're helping the community too...it's just good karma!

Look for the Spireon building located in the heart of Irvine at 16700 Gillette Ave off of Main Street.

(30 min) Bring light sweater and yoga mat.

An hour class designed for kids ages 3-7. This fun hour class will have you giggling in no time. Children are introduced to breathing techniques and basic yoga postures in a playful environment. Parents are not required to participate; however they must remain on property.

Yoga is a 60 minute class using breathe to link movement. The style of class will vary with instructor and time of day. Yoga allows you to challenge yourself physically, mentally & spiritually through a series of poses and flows. Apart from the spiritual goals the physical postures of yoga are used to alleviate health problems, reduce stress and make the spine supple in contemporary times. Infused Fitness allows you to experience pure Yoga outdoors with the amazing backdrop of nature. Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and a light sweater.

(Run + Yoga) Give love to the hammys!  The perfect combination for class for runners, or yogis looking to boost cardiovascular routine. This class is designed with a warmup flow, 20-30 minutes of running and followed up with a cool down flow designed specifically for runners.  Increase your flexibility and create correct posture and alignment in your body with this IF original class.
